We received notification of this deal from Dell through a third party affiliate company on the morning of Monday Feb *. The deal terms indicated it was valid until 8 am Feb **. As the case is with many of these deals, sometimes the vendor will end the deal early (usually due to high demand).... Such a decision by a third party is out of our control. We learned of a legitimate deal and advised our users about it. The discount we advertised was a valid and true offer that unfortunately may have expired or might have been withdrawn before the individual complaining had the chance to use the coupon. In addition we provide our users with the following notice - “All product and deal information such as discount, price and availability are believed to be accurate as of the time of publication. Please verify these details with the merchant site and check the merchant’s terms and conditions before you buy. Publisher is not responsible for errors or omissions.”
