Hello,After review of the account, the following series of events has led up to the account owing $1,665.84. The account was turned off for non-payment 10/22/2015, at that time a reading on the meter is reported, the balance at that time $420.56Customer *** called in on 11/19/
and was given the status of the account and she states she is trying to pay the billThe meter was tampered with and turned on without payment that resulted in the 1st violation on 11/20/2015, additional fees are added to the accountA claim of lien was filed on 11/24/that resulted in a lien fee added to the balanceThe meter was tampered with and turned on without payment that resulted in a 2nd violation on 12/30/2015, additional fees are added to the accountThe meter was tampered with and turned on without payment that resulted in a 3rd violation on 1/5/2016, the meter is taken out and additional violation fee/s are added to the account the balance is now at $1,163.40, a certified letter is sent to the customer *** called in on 1/12/and was given the status of the account and the balance that is required to be paid in full to restore service by having the meter reset to the property*** called in on 1/14/and advised a Customer Care Representative a straight pipe was installed due to a bug issue and again she was advised of the status of the accountOn 1/15/a Supervisor called *** to advise of the violation fee was added to the account due to tampering with the meterOn 2/17/*** called in and he was advised the legal property owner will have to sign the meter reset form to restore service, owner of record is *** *** & *** *** paid the balance in full on 2/19/in the amount of $1,665.84The Claim of Lien was released on 2/22/2016On 2/24/*** *** called in to have the meter reset form emailed to him for his signature to have the meter reset on the propertyThe meter reset form was received on Friday 2/25/and submitted to have the meter reset, can take up to 3-business daysThe meter was reset on Monday 2/29/and water service is restoredThe billing issue is due to the Water Utility Authority meter and connections being violated and have now been resolved as the account was paid in full and water services have been restored. The fees are valid per the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority, Water and Sewer Rate Ordinance, effective July 1, 2015. The account is now current and the property owner is receiving a copy of the water bill along with the tenant at the property. If needed a copy of the account financial history can be sent to the customer for review. Thank you and have a great day. I guess I was to slow to respond I've been going through a lot ! Anyway (Cesar) from water coI do not needs my statement the problem is I didn't mess with the meter I didn't tamper with it and I think an employee made an error, the meter malfunction ed, pipes leaking somewhere_ or employee scam, instead of taxing $even , I think the appropriate way to handle this is INVESTIGATE it first I am very offended that the truth o been telling is thrown aside and oim charged fees and violations when I did nothing wrong.....please investigate further!!!!My service restored regular billing...as before!

I guess I was to slow to respond I've been going through a lot ! Anyway (Cesar) from water co. I do not needs my statement the problem is I didn't mess with the meter I didn't tamper with it and I think an employee made an error, the meter malfunction ed, pipes leaking somewhere_ or employee scam, instead of taxing $1000.00 even 800.00 , I think the appropriate way to handle this is INVESTIGATE it first I am very offended that the truth o been telling is thrown aside and oim charged fees and violations when I did nothing wrong.....please investigate further!!!!My service restored regular billing...as before!
