In regards to the off the shelf response any shady business owner would give, it was the owner himself u spoke with when I called initially. I was well aware the difference between rust proofing and undercoating, and made CLEAR to him I was after undercoating. Not once did he informed me they did not do undercoating. The application was done December 01, it wasn't until mid January when I had another mechanic look at my car he pointed out the need for undercoating. When I called back it was the other way around, he insisted I cutting me off on a few occasions, insisting he knew not what I was talking about and falling it his sales pitch. I will make this REAL simple as I am tired of his shady games... if they were such specialist, WHY would they bother RUSTPROOFING AN ALUMINUM CAR? The only part of the car that needed anything done was the steel carriage under the front end... the ONE thing they did not do. Instead he rustproofed an aluminum car simply to make a few dollars. The longer this drags on the more bad publicity I spread for them. I refuse to go back. As well, I have and will continue to deter as many people as possible from doing business with such a place. As I clearly stated from the beginning, I was not aware until January that the job was never done, not until my car was put on a hoist and the attending mechanic pointed out for a second time I urgently needed undercaoting. I still don't deny hanging up on him, as he kept giving me the same lousy sales pitch... alot of good it did, he is only hurting himself and his business!
