On 6/17/20, I entered into a contract with Albuquerque Community Kitchen (AKA Bistro Bistro). The contract allowed me use of the facility at a rate of $30/hour. I signed the contract along with Schuyler F and Suzanne J. I paid the required $200 security/cleaning deposit on the same date. I returned on On 8/19/20, the health inspector surveyed the facility and granted me permission to recieve a food processing permit. I paid the additional fees for the permit the following day.
On 8/31/20 I emailed the kitchen to inquire about use of the kitchen for 9/7/20 at 1100. I got the go-ahead. On 9/7/20, I was let into the kitchen by Schuyler F. He directed me as to where he wanted me. He proceeded to go to the back room and he was on his cell phone for the majority of my stay. When I was done, I asked Schuyler where I should store my preparation bowls. The contract states that "None of the tenent's equipment or supplies will be permitted to be stored outside of their designated storage area". I mentioned that I was told that I would be allowed use of 1/2 of a shelf. He opened the cabinet for me and he allowed me to place my prep bowls there. I attempted to make small talk with Schuyler for about 10 minutes and then he escorted me out.
On 9/1/20 I asked to use the kitchen. I was allowed access but I was given some odd additional stipulations that were not on the contract. I agreed to discuss this in person on 9/21/20. I came in on 9/21/20 at 1000 to the kitchen. I met with Schuyler. He proceeded to tell me that there was now a 2 hour minimum requirement and that I will need to pay additional for storage. When I asked how much is additional storage, he said $250/month. When I expressed to Schuyler that none of this was on the contract, he got irate and said that my contract is null and that I now needed to pay $350/month. I told him I felt like I was being scammed and he proceeded to kick me out of the facility. The next day, I got an email terminating my contract.
The complaint received is based on purely false statements and allegations and makes absolutely no sense. The attachment to the complaint contains what appears be a collection of household furniture items, which makes no sense at all as to how the photos relate to the false statements allegations made in the complaint. Therefore, it is my position that an attempt at a response to the complaint is unwarranted based on the confusing contents of this complaint.
Please, let us know if any further information is required in order to remove this unwarranted complaint from the record.
Respectfully,
Schuyler F

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Our contract was clearly attached yet the responder insists on “household items” were sent. Schuyler F has proved to have a track record of alternative facts. I’ve concluded this to be an issue that goes beyond me and I chose to refrain any more of my valuable time and energy to this situation. I will be the bigger person and allow him time to seek help. I am donating my $200 security deposit to Schuyler. I am satisfied just to have made this issue known.
