telephonic conversation today, Mr. [redacted] telephoned me:  We had a productive conversation regarding the "$20" matter.  He believed that the staff should have returned his money immediately.  I explained the procedure for any reimbursement.  He did not return the reimbursement form to the staff in order for the reimbursement process to take place.  Due to the nature of our business and other safety reasons we do not keep money at hand, therefore the staff were not able to fulfill his desire for immediate reimbursement.     Mr. [redacted] stated that he moved from the address you provided me to the following address:                       [redacted]                       [redacted]I prepared check number [redacted] in the amount of $20 and mailed it in today's late night mail.  Mr. [redacted] was very pleased and stated that he is satisfied with the outcome.Thank you very much for your assistance in resolving this matter in an amicable manner.   Respectfully,Mintra W[redacted]Albuquerque Health Services[redacted] cell[redacted] office

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
also,      I appreciate Mintra's response. I at no time thought my money should have been returned to me immediately, but I sure expected my money to be returned to me way before three months. I called the office multiple times, and I moved to Phoenix last month and on my way through Albuquerque even stopped in to both locations for Albuquerque Health Services and inquired about my money and at no time was I ever told about a reimbursement form. I believe it to be a business's responsibility to inform customers of their business policy. I would never blame a customer of mine if they were having a problem as such I'd refer them to who they needed to speak to if I didn't know what needed to be done. Every time I called Albuquerque Health Services and when I stopped in their location and explained everything all I was ever told was to call a number they provided, I later found out that it was the Owner's phone number, who never responded to numerous calls, voice mails and text messages.  When I stopped in one of the locations, I even asked to speak with the manager, who then came out and listened to my explanation of the situation. The manager then said I needed to leave the property and I was given the phone number of the CEO to call and it was said by the manager "that is all you can do, he is a really busy guy and never answers the phone, but he will call you back." The newly updated address that Mintra provided is my correct address, [redacted] [redacted].       I checked the mail this Saturday and I haven't received the check yet. I'll dismiss this complaint as soon as I get the check. I'll also have my Lawyer dismiss the complaint we have filed with the Second Judicial District Court of New Mexico.      I would highly recommend that some training be in order for Albuquerque Health Services to avoid a situation like this is the future.
