The employees at the office have no customer service skills. They are rude and unhelpful when I asked to speak with someone else she tells me she is the only one in the office I told her I can hear someone in the background than she told me she is not the only employee working there. She refused to transfer me to her supervisor said Jose was not in the office. Then she hangs up on me and tells me to call Home Depot because I said I need someone to come pick up this ***. If she can not de-escalate the problem then get me over to someone who can, and she refused to get me over to someone else. All I needed was to move the pick-up and delivery to a date I was already schedule for but all she said was not available although I am scheduled for that day. There was a mistake on my schedule and they refused to help.

Worst move ever! Our move from Albuquerque to Santa Fe was supposed to take 2 days. On the second day, they were scheduled to pack the truck and drive up to Santa Fe. They did not arrive in Santa Fe till 4PM. At 7PM, when I arrived at the house, a third of truck had still not been unloaded. There were only two young men - who had both been working since 7AM. The truck they used was too big to back down the driveway - so they were carrying everything down a steep driveway. Our furniture was not covered and a more than a few pieces were damaged. It was dark and they could not see what they were doing. I asked them to come back to finish the job when they were not as tired, had the right equipment and could handle our goods with more care. Two days later they were supposed to arrive around 12:30 in the afternoon. They never showed up. The next day they were supposed to arrive at 10AM. They finally arrived at 1:30pm but sat in the truck for the next 4 hours! Management instructed them not to unload anything until we paid in full!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not have an invoice or any paperwork regarding the boxes etc. that had been loaded on the truck. They texted me a picture of an invoice that had incorrect times and amounts. I spent the next 4 hours trying to negotiate payment over the phone - while the movers sat in the truck outside the house. I could not believe that their management was willing to keep them sitting outside our house for 4 hours! They literally held our property hostage until we gave them a credit card. Outrageous! And they had no reason to doubt that we would pay. The had a credit card on file for storage services we used for 2 months and had already made full payment for the packaging and movement of the goods into storage. I will NEVER use this company again... and would advise anyone thinking about using their services to think again! Moreover, we are still working on documenting all the damage they did and I have no idea how challenging it will be to make a claim! Awful, Awful, Awful!

Very unprofessional moving company. I am former military and have moved 9 times in the last 18 years. Out of those 9 times this was absolutely the worst experience. It is not Allied as a company because we have been moved by them. It is Albuquerque Moving and Storage who is incompetent. The only exception is Dan who does the estimates is very professional and knows what he is doing, but he is the exception with this company. It started on day one with the packers arriving 4 hours late for a 20,000 pound pack and move. Over 3 days of packing different packers came each day and each used different colored tags. One of the head packers was even dumbfounded at what operations was doing and called them in frustration. The use of 3 different colored tags ended p causing much confusion for the driver who ultimately delivered our household goods. Also if you are forced to use this company to move you absolutely try to avoid having it stored in the warehouse. Our delivery driver showed us pictures of our stuff in the warehouse when he went to pick it up. He took pictures for his own records because it was stored in 2 different places. Some in the warehouse and some in a truck and all stored haphazardly. Needless to say they ended up losing one of or Queen size mattresses and damaging several items costing about $1500 in damage. Beyond the damage they also tried to charge me twice on my initial payment. They caught this quickly but it still froze my credit and locked it up for over a week. Could not use my credit card for 10 days while trying to move. Also Dan had filled out all the paperwork for payment correctly but the incompetent people at the facility must not be able to read because I ended up receiving numerous e-mails and texts about payment data and telling them it was in the packet I filled out initially. Just to get a reply then......"oh yes there is the info I did not read far enough through the packet". Unfortunately Albuquerque has only 2 long distance movers who are subsidiaries to the major carriers. Do not know how good the other one is (but I heard bad things), but from experience do not use Albuquerque Moving and Storage.
