The client that filed this complaint received the work that my company was commissioned for. It did take a little longer than anticipated but the website was completed. specs of the original work. For example a grid layout and also how the layout of the music players. We also ran into issues with the video formats that the client provided. The videos were not working on all browsers. After debugging and finding out it was the format of the videos, we re-converted all videos and layed them out so as to work on all browsers. He did try to issue a charge back from [redacted] but it went in our favor after all the documents and evidence was presented. Our company was in constant contact either via telephone or email. He did try to contact the project manager twice one weekend and the project manager did not reply because he was out of town on family business. His concerns were resolved after the fact and he did send over the final revisions and they were completed. But even after it was done he still wanted his money back. But as stated earlier [redacted] did not go in his favor. The website was live at [redacted] but the client has taken it down in the recent days.
