This is the first form of contact with Ms***. Her son was placed on a team, in which from available information garnered, is not a good fit for him. Her boyfriend had previously contacted me about these concerns but it was Ms*** who registered her children and is the parent
of record. We have made every effort to place him elsewhere but we do not have a team in his grade division in need of players. We will gladly refund her fees paid less the customary fee for expenses incurred with placed players

The season didn’t even start when all these issues occurredHad MrS*** contacted me or my boyfriend, whom by the way is my children’s father, we would have resolved this way before it go to this pointIt is a lack of communication by Dan that got us beyond frustrated and regretting our decision to “try” the AYBL leagueThe refund needs to be in full.

The refund given was for only half the registration fee. The fee I paid was $189.00, but the refund was for only $94.50.My daughter
didn't participate in a single practice or a single game. I contacted Dan detailing the concerns and looking for a change of teams within two days (Oct 24th) of being informed of who she was placed with, well before the first practice was scheduled.However, I am willing to compromise. I will accept the $refund along with a credit of $on next season's fees. She cannot be placed on *** team and if she isn't placed on a team next season, then I would expect a refund of $plus the difference in the fees we would have to pay for next season

Complainant's son was placed on a team that disbanded.  Her fee was appropriately refunded
