Refuses payment for services rendered

We have always kept our professionalism with our clients and again thank the Revdex.com for their help on mediating with this situationALC has no interest on doing any type of business on the near future with individuals of this magnitude or type of behaviors, due to this fact ALC will refound the $3,to Mr*** on the closes pay out cycle July 25th of Form of payment will be cashiers check

Company demanded payment in full and kept giving excuses for not showing up to do work on promised dates After missing different dates and multiple times on each date I had to cancel and request the refund of our deposit He is not willing to refund and we will have to go to court

Mr. [redacted] after contacting ALC and asking us to come to he's property to give him a landscaping estimate and then waited about 3 days, decided to have us come back to he's house to enter under agreement or contract on writing with ALC on 5/20/16 for the front yard only, and to give him...

another estimate for the backyard as well. Mr. [redacted] Mentioned he felt confurtable with going with our busines and moving forward with it and that it was a great price. Alc mentioned to him that taking he's time to think about it was fine but we could not guarantee a start time or pin point a time frame and that it could only be given and estimated time frame for the start of the project once he had enter under contract. The reason why we tell all our clients this is because this is the busyest time of the year for it and as a business we also may experience unforeseen problems such as equipment break down, weather conditions, accidents, shortage of materials and so on. We kept constant communication with Mr. [redacted] and mentioned that we could possible arrive to he's property June the 6th of 2016 he agreed that it was a good time however, ALC ran into unforeseen set backs and constantly communicated them with Mr. [redacted]. ALC was able to arrive to Mr. [redacted]'s house on June 9th with crew, equipment and materials Mr. [redacted] send a series of text completely opposite of any experience we have ever encountered with him on a very disrespectful, unprofessional way telling us to not come to he's property and to leave cause we were trespassing and he didn't want us to do the project and that he had called the cops for all of us to be arrested and that we wanted a full refund of he's money back.  We apologized to Mr. [redacted] for been 3 days behind schedule and mentioned that we would love to resolve the matter but we did not have a cancellation policy on he's contract but be more than happy to give him a $1,000 credit towards he's backyard project he had asked us to do as well but have not yet signed the agreement due to a 3 week wait time on a bank loan for the project.
