.We have always worked off *** blueprints to build springs for their customersIf their was a problem with the springs we have taken care of the issueThe springs addressed in the Customers Statement were built correctly ,we sent pictures showing the measurements to *** Off-Road*** suggested putting more inches of arch in the spring, this changes the spring from their blueprintWe told *** we could do the change in the arch but we needed to be paid for the work and reimbursement for the shipping cost if the springs were correct on our end*** customer said the main leaf of one spring is one inch longer then the other oneThe pictures identify that the springs were built correctly and are the sameThere is no 1" differenceWe use the same blueprints for every order we receive from *** *** on this specific type of springAll springs are inspected before leaving Alcan Springs plant , we are within 1/of an inch on all measurements or the springs do not ship. Alcan Spring has always corrected any mistake brought to our attention for some reason or other, we are in the business to satisfy our customers and do the very best job we can possibly doWe take great pride in our workWe work with several companies whom we build springs for using their own blueprints .They submit orders and we build to their plans and have never had a issue we couldn't correct, or make right with the customer.We have the customers front springs on our work table at Alcan Spring We paid to have them retured to us, if there was a problem we would have corrected the problem, you can not fix the problem if there isn't onePutting more arch in the spring takes time and labor and changes their blueprintBut if that is their request we will accommodate but can not guarantee it will workNote the spring is built at there request and specific to their prints: I believe *** *** failed to qualify their customers needsWe built them exactly what they ordered to there specifications.
