everything was totally not true about the discount was a big lie , I saw a woman came to buy a refrigerator she told her don't look at the price it's not the real price I will work with you she said the same thing to me, she didn't gave me any advantage for that it's not a favor from her the price was already on a site called (offer up )I have proof on my phone.please go and check offer up apps her name is yasmin every day she has a new price up and down .this company doesn't have even one price right and they are talking about policy .
She didn't even mention final sale when I said what's your policy .every time I tell her about the policy she say days warranty after that I pay for the parts and the labor is free and she turns her face fast and act like she has a phone call or sometime she say excuse me I will come back .
When she came to install the refrigerator and it was totally 3" different she said ,don't warry I will exchange it the same one and it will fit your place that's why you have warranty when I went to see the other one she told me sorry the same one your looking for I don't have 30"size she told me I have only this and it's new plus it was little bit short ,honestly I was little bit confused and hesitate, I said my wife likes the first one and we are looking for used one it fit our bugged then she said u don't have other choice .when she said that I told her can I see or talk to the supervisor then she started to sayHe is not her, busy, vacation..et she said don't think to much it's only 109$ different you have days the second time when I was paying she fold a white paper fast I told her what's that she said it's your day's warranty sign her .I want to you point on something important (why she didn't stamp on my paper final sale )I will it to Revdex.com .if someone keeps telling you day's u will automatically know days return policy, like any company some companies have 30days and some have days less or more .that's our rights if you are not satisfied with your purchase if I know from the beginning this business is a FINAL SALE I will never buy anything from them I swear .because nobody knows what will happenDEAR Revdex.com company have my money and the refrigerator I have nothing only my words to you .

Mr*** is not being honest in his response further causing aggravation in this situationWhich isn't a surprise to me since they have been non compliant and unprofessional regarding this matter, Otherwise, why would I filed a complaint, We purchased the refrigerator last year with a day warrantyBefore the days were concluded we had our first issue with the refrigeratorThe freezer leaked water to the bottom of the freezer and then leaked water onto our kitchen floorAnd then the refrigerator stopped cooling sufficientlyMy husband called the *** company and talked to one of the ownersI got on the phone and told them that I wanted a different refrigerator because I felt as though this unit was going to continue to give us problemsThe woman said that she would send her husband to see the fridgeMr*** came to see the refrigerator and said that he would not exchange the refrigerator instead he would fix the unit but that we had to pay him for the part Mr*** said that the part cost $My husband asked him if he could pay for it with a check and if he could get a receiptMr*** stated that if we paid him with a check and wanted a receipt that he would have to charge a significant extra amount of moneySo we let him repair the refrigeratorA couple of months later we ran into the same problem with the refrigeratorI asked again if they could exchange the unit and that we would pay the difference for a higher price unitThey did not want to exchange and again sent Mr*** to "repair" the unitMr***Again he charged for partsThe problem occurred a third time at which time they sent a young man to repair the refrigeratorThis time they did not charge for the repairThe fourth and final time that the refrigerator gave we called *** and told them we wanted an exchange because we did not believe the unit was repairableThey refusedThe woman kept on asking if we had the receiptWe could not find the receipts but we knew she had the invoice because she had told us when we purchased the refrigeratorWe went back and forth for about minutesWe gave up trying to reach a compromiseWe wanted nothing further to do with this company, due to their lack of professionalism, courtesy or concerns for our losses or troubles with their appliance, We have have come to find out through Yelp and other review sights that we are not alone with this situation

Review: I bought a refridgerator from thenm they guy sold it as ne. and when it stoped working a week later I called in he said he couldnt fix it because I didnt get the extended warrenty , but a warrenty should cover a week I dont know what kind of business runs this way but this isnt okay at all 2 weeks after I called another company to tell me what was wrong they said to call back where I bought it because thay are supposed to fix it . so my husband called and they guy said no no no you need to pay me . another 2 weeks goes by and when my husband came back from deployment he called again needless to say they dont wanna fix an appliance they sold that wasnt worth selling I just want my appliance fixed and for them to not do this to anyone elseDesired Settlement: I would like for them to repair the refridgerator if that cant be done I would like a replacement . a refridgerator is a key part of living I have 5 children and I shouuldnt have to throw out spoiled food and milk daily .

Review: We purchased a used washer and dryer both for 450. Out the door no tax with a 90 day warranty. Paid cash for the set and agreed to pay 80 delivery fee once deliverd. We recived a phone call that we would only get the washer. There was a sticker on the washer displaying 450. the set we asked the sales Rep mutiple times if it was the set and he asured us it was. The amount was 450 because it was a missed match set. We have a sales silp to confrim.Desired Settlement: We would like to recived the products promissed to us at no delivery fee with the same warranty due to the inconvenience of having to travel there a couple of times because of there incorrect information. I belived this to be fair.

Review: Purchased an appliance from this company - broke 4 times. Company refused to fix exchange or maintain the product without additional fee. Several hundreds of dollars thrown away on ruined food. Unethical business standards and unprofessional language used on telephone when requests were made to exchange refrigerator. 4 times same issue of freezer breaking down. First time was 2 weeks after purchase. Request a replacement & even offered to pay a difference in any fees. Refused to replace. Maintained 2x under a 90 day warranty - payed $80 for the third time & now the fourth times same issue - contacted company & they said the didn't know who we were & would prefer us to take a legal action than do the ethical thing and service or exchange the refrigerator - receipt shoes over 90 day warranty, however the same issue 4 times is 8 months should speak for the products inability to function. I refuse to accept this behavior from business and want marks against their legitimacy to provide a service to any community.Desired Settlement: At this point I want a refund -

I got on the phone and told them that I wanted a different refrigerator because I felt as though this unit was going to continue to give us problems. The woman said that she would send her husband to see the fridge. Mr. [redacted] came to see the refrigerator and said that he would not exchange the refrigerator instead he would fix the unit but that we had to pay him for the part . Mr. [redacted] said that the part cost $80.00. My husband asked him if he could pay for it with a check and if he could get a receipt. Mr. [redacted] stated that if we paid him with a check and wanted a receipt that he would have to charge a significant extra amount of money. So we let him repair the refrigerator. A couple of months later we ran into the same problem with the refrigerator. I asked again if they could exchange the unit and that we would pay the difference for a higher price unit. They did not want to exchange and again sent Mr. [redacted] to "repair" the unit. Mr. [redacted]. Again he charged for parts. The problem occurred a third time at which time they sent a young man to repair the refrigerator. This time they did not charge for the repair. The fourth and final time that the refrigerator gave we called [redacted] and told them we wanted an exchange because we did not believe the unit was repairable. They refused. The woman kept on asking if we had the receipt. We could not find the receipts but we knew she had the invoice because she had told us when we purchased the refrigerator. We went back and forth for about 15 minutes. We gave up trying to reach a compromise. We wanted nothing further to do with this company, due to their lack of professionalism, courtesy or concerns for our losses or troubles with their appliance, We have have come to find out through Yelp and other review sights that we are not alone with this situation.
