Alcaraz landscaping does good work for a reasonable price. We had them clear an area in front of our townhouse that was full of rocks, install sprinklers (and a timer) for some plants on the far side of the area, then install brick to make a front patio. We specifically wanted it to slope away from the house, and they did a good job of making this happen. It was a little difficult to deal with them because the proprietor doesn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish - but we worked around that. A couple of negatives - they tried several times to add other jobs that would cost more money (which we mostly declined), and we were most disappointed because they promised to come back a week after they were done to haul away two huge bags of sand they hadn't used and to bring us a few of the leftover bricks we had paid for. They chose not to keep this last part of their commitment, in spite of three phone calls we placed to remind them. Because of this I would give them a less than perfect rating - honoring commitments is very important if you are in business.
