The worse of the worse I bought a cellphone months ago and the phone already end up dead after months of purchaseI contact the company with no resultsThose people, this company are con artistsDo not buy anything from themI made a complaint to get my money back

Again, we do not provide a refund, unless it is a transaction directly with Alcatel e-commerce purchaseThe buyer has to take this complaint with the original retailer in which the phone was purchased fromWe can help with the repair of the phone under manufacturer warranty policy

We have spoken to the customer (Ms *** ***) and her issue was with data setting within her phone We asked her to visit her wireless provider which she has done and this corrected the issue *** if she needs future assistance can contact us for full support

at 1-855-368-0829 for assistance. Since he has already reached out to us once, we will contact him again to clarify the situation and assist him with his warranty repair of the phone. The retailer or service provider Metro PCS has their own service to support the customer as well. The return or replacement policy belongs to the point of sale. These are the options that the Mr. [redacted] can select. I bought a cellphone 4 months ago and the phone already end up dead after 4 months of purchase. I contact the company with no results. Those people, this company are con artists. Do not buy anything from them. I made a complaint to get my money back.

I am not satisfied by this answer, because the cellphone died 4 months after I bought it, so [redacted] cannot refund the money. I was for 10 days with no phone, I have to buy  new phone because Alcatel didnot answer me. I do not need another phone because I have to buy one. I want my refund. They know their cellphone is defective and they still sale defective phone. They have a terrible customer service and they do not care about their customers, what they care is about money. I want to go on arbitration to get my $99 back. I am going to do everything I can to get my $99 back. Thank you.
