I paid on 12//2018 to ALCC Language school the following: Sevis Fee payment $200.00, Processing Fee $ 95.00, Expmail $ 75.00, and for tuition $ 1,917.00. On /02/2019 at the Us embassy my visa application was denied. According to contract terms in case denying the visa ALCC Language school should have refunded Tuition fee in 2 months. But still they don't refund the money and don't respond to Emails. Also there is a bank account statement of transferred money to the account of ALCC.
ALCC has been closed down suddenly without any prior notice. Hundreds of foreign students (F1) visas are in jeopardy.
