Dear ***, I vehemently refute the claims brought to your agency by *** ***, referenced by the identification number noted aboveI have been a licensed and highly respected hair stylist for over forty-one years and an owner of a very discerning salonI have never had an issue brought
to the Revdex.com, nor a client dissatisfied enough to demand a refund. Mrs*** brought her youngest daughter, ***, to my salon on September 17, for a 9:a.mservice appointmentThey arrived earlyAt their scheduled appointment time, I met them in my reception areaAt this point, Mrs*** requested a consultation for a color procedure that her daughter wantedI graciously reviewed the photograph of the coloring that *** showed me, including telling her the price for this service was $*** had a differing opinion of what she wanted for her daughter and what her daughter wantedThey argued a bit and *** stated that she had to leave to take her son to an athletic practiceI asked ***, which color procedure do you want me to do, and she replied, "That's fine," pointing at the photo and turned and left the salon. Upon completion of the coloring process, *** was thrilled with the result and stated, "I love it, it is exactly what I wanted!" There were absolutely no red tones in the process that I performedI did a "low light" color process, deepening the hair color around the nape and lightening her medium brown hair to a warm blonde towards the top of her hair profileWhen *** arrived to pick up ***, they both appeared happy and *** paid for the service. I left the state for travel from September through October 4, Upon my return, my receptionist gave me messages, including a message from ***The message stated that *** wanted to speak with me about Corrine's hairI called *** back, left a voice mail and never heard from her again. *** did not request a new service or a corrective service in her phone messagesWith regard to an email, we have no receipt of ever receiving any emails from *** or Corrine.*** and her two daughters are clients that visit my salon on a sporadic basisAt every visit, there is some form of scene between the mother and daughter at some point in the serviceThey are disruptive to clients around them and cause repeating drama, behavior unbecoming for ladies, especially in a salon of this caliber.The facts are clearly laid outThere will be no refund of any monies to ***The requested service was performedThe client, Corrine, was pleased.*** failed to follow up when I returned to work and reached out to her for follow up on her callsThere is no documentation that any "reparative" service was performed, and for what reasonHer dates are inaccurate throughout this complaint, from the date of the actual service to her call dates, indicative of the dramatic behavior that is paramount to her past demonstrationsThe mere fact that this complaint was filed in excess of four months after her service, is questionable at best.The merit of this claim is nilI respect the Revdex.com and its true intent to maintain a high standard of professionalismThank you for allowing me to provide accurate clarification regarding this erroneous claim.Sincerely, *** ***Alchemy Salon
