state codes. Larry K[redacted] passed away June 28, 2016. He would never have agreed to replace a 11 year old deck at our companies cost. Paradise decking has spent a lot of time in emails and phone calls with the [redacted] and the manufactures of the wood. The representative of the wood met with the [redacted] back on August 26, 2016. There have been 7 phone calls with the [redacted] to discuss what can be done. We have helped the [redacted] to get with the manufacture and have done everything we could possibly do. Now the [redacted] want us to provide them with the invoice for the wood. Even the IRS only makes us keep records for 7 years. We feel that we have tried to help them in every way we can. Again we have as 12 month(1 year) warranty and this project is almost 12 years old.
