I had Smartstart before and this company is way cheaper. I don’t know if anyone up here has had to use anyone else but I’ll take 3 years here over my last time with this thing. I never call their call center. Some guy talked In one of my treatment groups and I just call him directly. He might be a manager or something but the number I call is 919-480-7836. Maybe y’all will have better luck with that because I never have to hold
