We informed Mr*** his contract automatically renewedHe was very derogatory with his words when he spoke to usAfter a few hours Alcom decided to let him out of his contract and he was happy with the results

This customer called in to ask questions about his daughters bill and why she was paying $35.00/month for her service at her houseWe notified the customer that it is our standard wireless monitoring rate for all residential customersHe did not like the rate so he told us to cancel her house, his
house, and all of their storesHe has told the owner of the company that the equipment was outdated and not workingHowever, we manage code updates and the emergency call list for this customer on a weekly, or monthly basisThe security equipment that was currently installed by Alcom is not out of dateWe received the cancellation of the stores on 4/27/with the timelines he requestedThe customer requested for the contracts to be sent over on 5/20/and 5/23/2016, which our office sent on 5/24/2016. We did not speak to the customer about upgrading their equipmentOur advertisement on free upgrades online are for new customers that have old equipment that are interested in switching to Alcom Security Systems, we do have a existing customer upgrade incentive that can be found at https://www.alcomsecurity.com/customer-upgrades/ The contract that was signed in clearly states that there is a annual auto renewal for these monitoring contractsTherefore, we examined each contract and submitted the final balance to the customer

[redacted] was a customer of ours for 15 years. He called on 10/09/15 and our receptionist informed [redacted] to send in a termination letter to cancel his service per the contract terms. [redacted] did not send a letter in until Alcom turned him over...

to our collection agency. Once our collection agency called [redacted], he then sent in a cancellation letter. Here is the conversation between Alcom and Mr. [redacted] on 10/09/2015: [redacted] called to cancel service. He said he will not send a notice of cancellation and hung up. Went with new company. Said he called to upgrade and never received a call back so he changed service.

Two of our sales reps tried reaching out to [redacted] about upgrading his system and never received any phone calls back. We have pulled this account from collections due to his misrepresentation of our company due to lack of communication and service that he claimed.

It sounds as though we are going to have to agree to disagree and by looking at the reviews on other websites by other former customers, I am not the only one with issues. I will agree to be satisfied with this resolution if I can get in writing that I am no longer being charged for this unfounded debt.
