If the home owner was unsatisfied at the time of work completion,  payment would not have been accepted until we remedied the problem. The work that was completed was satisfactory when payment was given therefore we will not consider a refund of any sort. Tomas does not work for Alcon Family Tree. He is an independent contractor that working 50/50 on the job. Alcon Family Tree does not approve of how the daughter of the home owner perceived Tomas' interaction with her. Tomas, however did not say that this was how the interaction went.

[redacted], you were present the entire job. Therefore if you felt there was something wrong then you should have taken action. Instead you allowed the job to complete in its entirety and than tried to stop payment on a job that was DONE! Without any resistance in paying, AFTER the job was done. This does not make sense. There's more going on here than with this than you thinking this job was done unsatisfactory. There was no "preying" on your parents in any way, shape or form. Jesse did call the next day to inform you they would not be able to make it. However, [redacted] cussed him out and would not let him finish. Please do your research if you are going to make accurate statements. There has never been an application for ownership of Alcon Family Tree under the name Tomas Martinez. As well as the address you have is not that of Alcon Family Tree. Tomas did not misrepresent himself as he does own his own business. If you look at your credit card records you will see that it is not paid to Alcon Family Tree.Unfortunately trees do not always fall as planned and mishaps do happen. As in this case. We are in this business because we do have knowledge and tools to complete jobs. We spoke with the neighbor who got a satisfactory resolution as she was understanding and listened.We are a business and as such we conduct it that way. We would not do verbal agreement on any work as there are separate charges. Stump grinding is a separate charge. The "clean up" that you state didn't take place was the tree truck that you wanted left in the yard.The last paragraph you wrote is irrelevant and will not elicit a response.
