Alcovy Taxidermy

I gave Alcovy Taxidermy a hog to Euro mount. It has been a year and a half and I still have not been able to get my mount from them.
I gave Ray a hog to Euro mount and a buck to shoulder mount (the hog a few weeks before the buck). He called me and said my deer was ready to pick up. I told him I had plans that evening and I would pick it up that weekend. He must have already been frustrated because he started to cuss and say his showroom is full and everyone keeps putting him off and pretty much made me feel like a lowlife for not wanting to pick it up that minute. After I got off the phone with him, I called my wife and cancelled our dinner plans. I called Ray back and told him I'd be there when I get off work. I also asked about my hog Euro as his shop is over an hour from my house. He said it wasn't ready and he would mail it to me. I should have known he was lying then, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I called several times the weeks and months following all this and Ray had a new excuse as to why I couldn't meet him to get my mount every time. I even had my buddy, who occasionally works in Covington, check on it a few times to no avail. Ray seemed like a nice guy when I was at his shop but this guy is tripolar, a liar and a thief. So, here I am, a year and a half later, without my 400 pound hog Euro. I might not ever have the opportunity to kill a hog that big again. Ray stole that from me. Please take my experience to heart with your trophy of a lifetime. Don't take it to Ray. You may never see it again.

Alcovy taxidermy has failed to deliver a promised product.
On January 10th, 2018 I dropped off a Beaver to have it mounted by Alcovy Taxidermy. They were paid in full by my check number 6033 in the amount of $450. As of today's date they have not completed the Beaver Mount. The continually miss deadlines and have assumed a position of they don't know when it will be completed. 22 months is excessive as my first one they did was delivered in less than 60 days.
