We have tried to reach the above customer several times and will contiue to do so to resolve this matterShe did call us back once and we will continue trying to reach her

I am rejecting this response because: It is a complete lie!The owner did not contact me until I left 2-messages on his
answering machine and weeks went byEven then he told me he couldn't come to see the floor until "next week"He did not come or call the next week and I then contacted the Revdex.comA few more weeks went by and just this past Friday he called me(This is only the 2nd time in months) His claim that he has tried to reach me numerous times and that I haven't gotten back to them is an outright lieOn Friday after the phone call he told me he would stop by that nightHe did come over and denied everything, once again lyingHe said his company did not cause the chips in the grout and that I should get a professional opinion and then I would "apologize" to himI told him that I did get professional opinions and that they said something was used on the floor that was too rough and wore away the top layer of groutHe then denied the amount of phone calls I made to his office and said he tried a few times to contact meI asked if that was the truth why didn't he leave a message and he had no response to thatHe was rude and accused us of lying about the floorWe told him we wanted our money back for the job ($350) and he refusedHe left without anything getting resolved and said he would think about it and get back to us the next dayOf course the next day was Saturday and we have yet to hear from himIt is now Monday nightWe are now contemplating whether or not to file in small claims court

On Friday 1/20/at 5pm I was finally able to see Mrs*** It has been a nightmare trying to phone herApparently she doesnt get home until late, thats why I have been unable to reach her by phoneWe did a lot of other work there besides her complaint, which she was very happy withWe returned phone calls but did not always leave a messageIf necessary we can look up our phone records to prove thatI inspected her floor on 2/and determined that her complaint was unjustified as I suspectedOur process had nothing to do with the chips she showed meHer floor is travertine which from time to time holes will appear, as is the nature of the stoneShe showed me grout lines which are recessed when the floor was originally installed, which is saying grout came out since we were thereShe did have a couple of chips (unrelated to us) that I offered to fill, but not guarantee any others that may surfaceShe refused that option and agreed to disagree with meI will refund a partial amount to her even though we are not at fault just to end this matter
