Called on 9/8/they told to come in and pick up a check so I did when I got there the owner wasnt there again so I couldnt get a check againBut this time was told I could go to their other car lot to refund my money back onto my credit card since that location had credit card machine....so I did and they swiped my card and gave me a receipt.....today is the third day and no money has been added back onto my card ......still waiting!

Not a true statement. I have the texts from the conversation in paper format. To resolve the complaint I would like the original deal completed. I am willing to put the same amount as he stated was approved with no delay. That is 5k in cash with 3k given for trade in. The first agreed was 3k in cash. I'm willing to do that with the price of 24k as agreed. I want the dealer to stand up and take accountability for his words and actions. There are currently lawsuits pending for the same issue. I wish not to pursue legally but if not resolved within 30 days the law office of Siebert and Siebert of Los Angeles CA will take the case as they have been retained in this matter.

The issue still has not been resolved as stated by Aldaz Automotive. The car still does not start periodically. I do have the vehicle in my possession at this time, however the same issue persists. This issue has been promised to have been fixed multiple times wirh no results. This is not an old issue, but a current issue.

Hello,
This issue has not yet been resolved. I have taken the vehicle many, many times to have it repaired, both to the mechanic who is contracted directly with Aldaz and the Dodge Dealership. Each time I am instructed by Aldaz to take it to the dealership, they pick up the vehicle stating that the price of repairs are too expensive and they will have their mechanic make all repairs. The car is then returned to me in the original condition, not starting periodically. I do currently have the vehicle in my possession, and have called multiple times to Aldaz, only to be told someone will call me back or to be placed on hold indefinitely. I would like either a refund in full or a comparable vehicle in great working condition, as I was promised. I would like a refund on the payments I have made on this vehicle as well.
