We do not own any of the... brands, the service we offer are also available on the website of brand owner. Use of names, trademarks are for reference only. We are not affiliated to with ATT. We are independent service provider. We have mentioned the same on our website. Please check the below link http://aldeinfo.com/ We have checked our records and found that the miscommunication happened at customer's first point of contact where in he thought we are ATT and then he got transfer to our technical department for getting the issue fixed as there was problem in his computer on which customer agreed. Later on customer disagreed on paying us so we cancelled the service without charging anything. Please be assured, we will not call customer anymore as we have closed his account.
