This company is excellent in every way - especially in customer satisfaction. They explained the entire process to us and they handled the claim from start to finish. When the first determination from our insurance company wasn't adequate they went the extra mile to make sure we got a better outcome by appealing the decision. The installation was done in a very professional and courteous manner with the owner on-site to make sure all went smoothly. Scott, Shawn, and Colin are professional, friendly, and really care about taking care of you and making you happy!

Scott did a great job on our roof. We had a coupe of issues but he stood by his work and took care of them.

I have found that owner Scott *** took a friendly hands on approach to our project relieving the stress of our roofing replacement and placing it squarely on his shoulders. His team of experts not only guided us through the process, they dealt directly with our insurance company, third party adjusters, and even the home owners association. Alden Roofing Experts thoroughly explained every detail, pitfall, and option associated with our roof replacement making us very comfortable with the process before any work was started. The roof that they installed was outstanding. I was very pleased with the quality of materials, the professional installation, and the conscientious effort made to cleanup the job site and leave my home in excellent condition. The work was under constant supervision and my family not only felt safe but content even with the threat of rain looming overhead. Alden Roofing Experts went the extra mile to insure that we got the best service and quality product in today’s market. The new roof not only looks great, I’m confident that it will last a long long time.

Scott and Shawn make a great team. They have a lot of experience. They answered all of our questions and were able to help navigate through all of the paperwork. They made us feel very secure before, during, and after the project. Their crew is excellent. First class materials and workmanship.

2. OWNER AND INSURANCE SPECIALIST(from roofing company) spent all day on property to insure customer satisfaction and checking to see if crew needed anything extra.
3. 10 people in crew, began working immediately upon arrival.
4. One person did nothing but pick up discarded nails and other trash. yard perfectly cleaned. 2 packages of shingles were left to be picked up by appropriate person. extra shingles gone in 2 days.
5. totally finished by 3:30pm. only one still on property was owner of company asking me if I had any questions or saw any problems.
6. owner reassured me if I encountered any problems to call immediately, and they would be out that day to address the issue.
7. Most professional, caring, and upfront company I have ever dealt with for any type of repairs.
