My husband and I have lived at our town house for roughly 4-years nowsince we have lived here the quality of the neighbor had slowly decreasedwe have houses with wilting paint, cracked roads, ash wood bugs infesting our trees, rock work missing from our homes, tree roots sticking out of the ground and so much moreTreo has raised our HOA dues to dollars a month and plan to raise it againthere are roughly 200-homes in our neighborhood that each pay that does not count the ridiculous fees we get charged for leaving our trash can out till Thursday morning when trash is picked up on Wednesday or the fees we accrue for having to park within the neighborhood if we cannot park in our drivewaysWhen we ask to get our trees sprayed because of bugs we are told to buy the pesticide ourselfit seem like we pay a lot to have very little to showOur neighborhood is starting to look run downWhen we ask about new paint for our homes we are told that only certain houses wil

This is the worst HOA I have ever had to work withThere is a leak coming from the outside utilities closet and it is destroying our front closetAfter notifying them of this situation multiple times they still will not fix it! I have hired an attorney and we are filing chargesThey have the worst customer service I have ever experienced
They continue to raise our rates as well and do not fix the communityThe community is trashed now (a lot of dead spots in the grass, it is very dirty, and the clubhouse is rundown)They continue to raise the rates, but continue to get worse

Unfortunately, Sandy City does not enforce any Home Owner Association guidelines or CCNR's If owners become unhappy with their HOA provider, it becomes a civil matter between the HOA Management and the owners
As for landscape owned (and not being maintained) by the HOA, I can have an officer check it out

Don't waste your money.all they do is call a contractor to come and charge whatever they want to, and not fix the problems you have.when we call to report problems they hang upfind someone else and save you and your neighbors cashThere is not a zero stars review or I would have used itCrooks! Also my name is *** *** I want them to know who I am two weeks of two inches of raw sewage in my bathtub they keep sending a plumber but no resultsThey are also spending + of our cash to put in storm drains that will only drain the water that falls into them from the sky if they approach your HOA to gain their account press charges for trespassingThank you have a nice day

Trek Management is the absolute worstThey do not get back to you with in hours like the response to Dani states, my consistent experience is it takes multiple phone calls over multiple days to get speak to someoneThey are raising HOA fees next month and state we can see where the money is being spent on their website but let’s be honest, we can all fill out an excel spreadsheetThe community I own a property in is going down hill & gets worse every yearThey love to put all blame on our Board of Directors, but no one (except Treo) knows who these people areI am sure it’s to protect their as, as if the Board knew all of the issues we were having with Treo, they would no longer be our management company

To keep it short and sweet, this “management” company is horribleThey either give you the run around or flat out don’t respondI pay $175/Mo for HOA and have no idea where the money goes toRecently THEY decided our club house needed a remodelNOT our communityWhich is especially frustrating considering there are missing traffic signs in our community, exterior of buildings falling apart, sidewalks that don’t get shoveled in the winter, and a plethora of landscaping maintenance requests being ignored that that money could have gone towardsThe list goes on and onHorrible experience through and through

We moved into our new house in January this year The house had been foreclosed last year in August We were instructed by the seller to call the HOA to find out if there was anything due for the HOA's and to find out if there was anything at all on the books in the past or for the future that we would need to pay I contacted the HOA and was told that the price had gone up to $a month and that everything in the past and planned future was current at that moment and that nothing was owed We just received a bill for $dollars that was a special assessment of painting our townhouse in July This had not been disclosed before we purchased the house I had contacted the person that represented our neighborhood with Treo Management back when we first looked at the house I asked if there was anything they could do since this was not disclosed when we had asked about it and was told that they would not work with us on this issue I feel like lack of disclosure is somethi

Treo Properties manages my townhome HOA, to which I pay monthly dues Part of my dues include a designated parking spot outside of my building I currently have my motorcycle parked in said parking spot Two weeks ago, I returned home from work to find that my motorcycle had been moved (without my knowledge) and my parking spot was mostly torn up about 2/3rds of it is now a ditch of gravel and dirt There was no prior notification of any construction which was going to take place
I contacted Treo about the issue and was told that they were going to contact the builder/developer about the issue, since they were the ones doing the construction As of this time, I am being informed that they have not been able to successfully contact the developer My impression is that an email was sent to the developer
Furthermore, about a year ago I had a similar issue with construction vehicles blocking my driveway and garage When I contacted Treo they also said they would reach out

Treo couldn't be a worse companyIn the communities they manage, they create disdain and disgust from those that live thereThe HOA fees they charge are insanely high which is annoying since the community I live in gets worse and worse each passing yearI am certain if you looked at the books close enough, you could find some shady activity
