AlderEgo Holdings Inc Reviews (4)

Mr. [redacted] was introduced to me by a personal friend.  I spoke with Mr. [redacted] at length about our products and answered questions that he had.  He had claimed that he had used cannabidiol or CBD brands in the past.  The main reason he was interested in our product was because I was...

personally willing to provide him product at a cost that is far below the published price of our products. This is the reason why the sales transaction was done through facebook using my personal account.  This transaction was supposed to be done in person as I was traveling to New York for business and he said that he wanted to meet me to purchase the product from me. However, when I arrived in New York, he messaged me at the last minute and explained that he would not be able to meet me and asked if I could ship it to him when I returned back to Seattle.  I told him that shipping would be "like around $7.00" as I was unaware of the shipping costs.  Also, this product (as explained to him) was a pilot project as our products have not even been sold to the public yet. The product just became available last week (3/24/2017). Therefore, what he received from me was my personal allotment of "samples."The reason why Mr. [redacted] has made such great efforts to harass both myself and my company is because he asked if he would still be able to purchase our product at the heavily discounted price that I initially gave him. I told him that we would no longer deal with him personally as he has been a nightmare for me to personally deal with. I told him that he would be able to purchase the products online at our published prices.  I've attached an email thread that shows 2 things: 1) On March 10th, he emailed saying that he liked the product and only wanted the missing vape pen to be sent to him.  2) I offered him a 100% return on the products because I was concerned that due to his mental instability, that he would continue to be a problem and so I offered a 100% return and to pay for return shipping costs.  He never responded to my offer and began to spread malicious rumor about theft and our product being bad. Our products clearly state on the packaging that they are not FDA approved.  I also told him that we are not doctors and that our disclaimer clearly states that he should consult a doctor prior to using any of our products.  I do believe that his actions are in retaliation to the fact that I have personally told him that I would not personally deal with him any longer and that we did not wish to work with him.  He wanted to be a brand ambassador for our products as well and we told him that we were not interested.   [redacted]SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com[redacted]

The Unethical Vape Shops of Jonathan Ray-Y[redacted]:   Update: There's a reason Jonathan Ray-Y[redacted] and Hanna C[redacted] go by so many different names (AlderEgo Holdings Inc., LGH Brands, livegiveheal.com, giveCBD.com, pufCBD.com, C[redacted] Family, Inc. and I’m sure more to follow). They've been sued at least two times in Tacoma WA:   March 4, 2015 [redacted]. won $71,880 against Jonathan & Hanna C[redacted]/C**'s Family Inc. August 19, 2015 [redacted] sued Jonathan C[redacted] Family Inc. (new name)   In my opinion, these are not good people. I haven't contacted him since March 14, 2017. Yet, on April 4, 2017 he continued to taunt me by sending two crass emails... He's already taken stolen from me and has never sent a return label, nor has Mr. Ray-Y[redacted] credited me for my missing item. I think it's safe to say he's a bully and a crook. As seen in the PDF File (17 AlderEgo Holdings Unauthorized Charges (Transparency)-2.pdf) he used the f-word 29 times in a 50 minute time span 7:43 PM to 8:33 PM).   Jonathan C[redacted] used FaceBook to make reckless claims to promote his website and products. I trusted Mr. C[redacted] with my health and debit card information -- only to deal with a multitude of problems from AlderEgo Holdings Inc. (LGH Brands):   1. I have had severe health issues (including an ulcer and acute gastritis) due to a product called pufCBD distributed by AlderEgo's Distribution (LGH). 2. I had an unauthorized amount of money taken from my checking account by AlderEgo Holdings Inc.  3. After asking Mr. C[redacted] why an unauthorized charge was made on my account and why I didn't receive my vape pen (in my starter kit) he called me vulgar names (including the c-word) and he refused to honor his return policy. 4. Jonathan Y[redacted] decided not to honor his return policy by hiding behind his attorney making a bogus claim that my customer service reviews were “defamation of character”. Even after his attorney wrote me Jonathan continued to taunt me with emails. He sent me links about the very health ailments I told him I was concerned about.   Desired Settlement (Updated to this):   I want compensation for the pain and suffering this company caused me:   1. Their product pufCBD ruined my health. Jonathan Ray-Y[redacted]'s response was "[This was] a pilot project..." He never told me this beforehand. I would have never purchased his product if I knew I was going to be used as a guinea pig.   2. Mr. Ray-Y[redacted], never refunded me for the missing item. 3. Mr. Ray-Y[redacted], never refunded me for the unauthorized charge.  4. Mr. Ray-Y[redacted], never sent to return label he promised me.

This message was from March 8, 2017 at 5:29pm PST. We sent this message via Instagram before he filed a complain to Revdex.com. We offered to send a return label and refund his money but he did not take the offer.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:First I want to thank the Revdex.com for finally giving me a voice. AlderEgo Holdings’ staff has made it impossible to share my MISERABLE experience with others. Jonathan [redacted] seems to have a company that goes by many names (AlderEgo Holdings Inc., LGH Brands, livegiveheal.com, giveCBD.com, pufCBD.com and I’m sure more to follow). Let's clear this up, I said I’ve used legal CBD isolate sublingually, which is similar to placing vitamin B12 under your tongue. Regardless of Mr. [redacted]'s beliefs -- we are not all "Seattle Stoners" (the tag he often likes to use while publicly promoting his product via LGH Brands). Some of us were actually drawn to his false medical claims about his cutting edge product called pufCBD via FB messenger.  It was only after finding the multiple names his companies go by and my bad reaction to the Power Remedy and Focus Remedy oil — that I realized he lied to me about pufCBD’s medical benefits. He was also willing to compromise my health, by making reckless medical claims, in order to make a sale.  The way Mr. [redacted] casually uses phrases and words such as "defamation of character”, “harassment” and “malicious” truly trivializes the English language. He has never been able to produce evidence, of the behavior he has accused me of, because it never occurred.  The fact that he considers a customer review, as "defamation of character" -- yet does not consider calling an [over]paying customer the c-word and f-word, as morally wrong, is truly mind boggling.  Please ask the CEO of AlderHoldings Inc. and LGH Brands (Jonathan [redacted]) how many times I've called him a profane word -- that would be ZERO. As the face of his company — I’m sure he wouldn't want the public to know how he tries to bully customers into accepting his company's behavior.  I’ve told Jonathan [redacted] that I suffered from depression after having shoulder and bicep surgery (I had to stop dancing and focus on physical therapy). He later used this information to taunt me with Psychology Today articles about depression and mental illness by sending me emails. He took this extremely low blow, because I left a negative review about our business transaction i.e. adverse effects, unauthorized charges, bait-and-switch like tactics, false advertising, a missing e-pen, and calling me profane names (see PDF attachments for proof). Furthermore, if Mr. [redacted] was so concerned about my mental wellbeing — why would he knowingly sell me a product containing THC. When I explicitly stated I did not want a product that contained any THC (even trace amounts) — similar to a peanut allergy.  The refund he offered is a misconstrued lie. After offering a refund he decided to be an "Indian giver”. He hid behind his attorney Kevin S[redacted]. On March 11, 2017 at 2:25 PM Mr. S[redacted] basically stated they were going to put me through hoops in order to receive a refund — due to the fact they considered my testimonial as a nonsensical libel lawsuit (see pages 5-6 PDF Revdex.com Response to AlderEgo Holdings Inc.).  The reason he has no screen shots or proof about this absurd claim is because Mr. [redacted] likes to manipulate the truth and has a very vivid imagination.  He kept thinking I was using a product, that he referred to as cool technology. Prior to buying Mr. [redacted]’s products I have never vaped or smoked before. The picture I showed him was a nicotine replacement e-pen my mother uses. The reason I showed him this picture is because he led me to believe his product was a miracle drug. So I wanted to know if my mother could use his refills in her nicotine replacement e-pen. Maybe his confusion was due to a buzz, from one of his products, that I’ve learned his company promotes as a cool lifestyle. I thank God I didn’t give this product to my mother, because pufCBD caused severe stomach inflammation. I now have to take prescription stomach medication and 9+ Pepto Bismol a day. The amount of undue stress this company and his products have caused is beyond belief. I can't use a Lemon Mint Ricola cough drop without my stomach hurting... Prior to using pufCBD this would've been no problem.  Mr. [redacted] posts his products on FB (I assume to attract potential customers). Then he decides to block them if a customer has a complaint. After telling me, “I’m [f-word] working right now… Bye.” I decided to a leave negative review on their company’s Instagram account called giveCBD.  Mr. [redacted] is very good at the game of "he said, she said" -- yet pictures of everything that occurred with this company (see PDF attachments) clearly reveals the truth.  Mr. [redacted] had me fooled! In my opinion, he used a manufactured image of a charitable volunteer and good samaritan. Yet, if I had known the kind of crass language and bullying tactics his company uses -- I would have NEVER trusted this company with my health, nor money.  I find it comical how he believes he was doing me a favor, and how he feels customers should be grateful for his “deep discounts” — even with a missing product, price manipulations, and adverse reactions (see PDF attachments). I was doing him a favor by ordering from his "small mom and pop vape shop". In the past I've always ordered from reputable companies (who have public stocks). He caught my attention with the first price he offered. Then he played a bait-and-switch like game and kept changing his prices. I’d like to note that after he asked me to follow his company's Instagram (they also followed me) — thats when he decided to keep raising the prices. I have a very strong speculation as to why he suddenly started playing this bait-and-switch like game, but speculation aren't cold hard facts.  What are cold hard facts is this:On Feb. 17, 2017 at 1:45 PM: Jonathan [redacted] stated “I will cover the shipping cost”, his website giveCBD also provides free shipping for purchases over $100.  Yet on March 9, 2017 at 2:29 PM: Jonathan [redacted]’s lawyer sent me an email that stated: “Based on the conversations I have had with Mr. C[redacted], he has claimed that the charges for product and shipping were appropriate and that there was no mention of complimentary shipping because he has originally planned to meet you in person [Mr. [redacted] wanted to be paid in cash] while on business in New York last week.” These statements contradict what he said on Feb. 17, 2017 — as well as what his website states.  On Feb. 16, 2017 at 9:02 PM: Jonathan [redacted] states the vape oil refills will only cost me $12.50.  On Feb. 16, 2017 at 11:37 PM: Jonathan [redacted] wanted me to be a brand ambassador — I never agreed nor did I ever want to be a brand ambassador. I simply said I was excited to try his product and would refer people to him. On Feb. 16, 2017 at 11:48 PM: Jonathan [redacted] said, “Wow. Love the knowledge you have. Perhaps we can discuss possibilities of you working with us. Going to be in New York in the next few week”. I never stated nor would I ever want to work for this company.  On Feb. 17, 2017 at 1:46 PM: Jonathan [redacted] states the e-pen remedy kit will cost me $30.  On Feb. 20, 2017 at 8:53 PM: Jonathan [redacted] again stated the price for vape oil refills will be $12.50.  On Feb. 27, 2017 at 8:58 PM: Jonathan [redacted] states he will be in NY for business on 3-2-17 and 3-3-17. On March 1, 2017 at 1:12 PM: Jonathan [redacted] decides to change the prices he initially told me and wants me to pay him in cash on either 3-2-17 or 3-3-17 in NYC. He also sends me an invoice (I5498) for $130 — not the price we originally agreed upon.  On March 1, 2017 at 7:25 PM: I specifically stated I would not be able to travel into the city [to pay him in cash]. On March 2, 2017 PM at 2:42 PM: I again stated I wouldn’t be able to make it into the city. On March 2, 2017 at 4:16 PM: Jonathan [redacted] said he “Just arrived [NY].” On March 2, 2017 at 8:23 PM: I wanted to double check to make sure his product was 100% THC free, because similar to a peanut allergy I knew THC could have negative consequences on my health and wellbeing. I described a bad experience I’ve had with a CBD oil in the past. Jonathan [redacted] assured me his product used “real science” and “it will crush anything you’ve tried”.  On March 2, 2017 at 8:24 PM: Jonathan [redacted] confirmed there was “No THC” in his product.  On March 3, 2017 at 6:14 PM: Jonathan [redacted] asks me last minute to drive over 90 minutes to meet him at Palisades Park, NJ. After I stated on 3-1-17 and 3-2-17 that I would not be able to meet him on those days. This is also the day I trusted Mr. [redacted] with my debit/credit card information.  On March 4, 2017 at 7:09 PM: Jonathan [redacted] confirmed that I could return his product if I had an adverse effect. On March 5, 2017 at 11:12 AM: Jonathan [redacted] once again decided to change his original prices — instead of the free shipping that he mentioned on 2-17-17 and the free shipping for orders over $100 (on his website) he decided to add another $7.00 to my order. I stated I wanted the price that was on the form [my invoice] which stated $130 (the $130 total was already raised from the initial price he gave me. This leads me to believe on 2-16-17 and 2-20-17 he “baited” me with his initial prices, and kept increasing the price — even after I already gave him my debit/credit card information. On March 7, 2017: An unauthorized debit for $140 from a company called ALDEREGO HOLDING in WA was taken from checking account. On March 8, 2017: I was excited that I was finally going to try his miracle product. The reason I bought 2 e-pens was because I never wanted to be without his product. The way he described it was a cure and he stated people who use his products never need prescriptions again. I truly put a lot of faith and hope in all the medical claims Jonathan [redacted] made; I believed this product would vastly improve my health (please see AlderEgo Holdings Inc: False Advertising Medical Claims). On March 8, 2017 at 11:33 AM I wrote Jonathan [redacted] about the unauthorized charge and my dissatisfaction about not being upfront with his prices.  On March 8, 2017 at 12:31 PM: USPS stated the package was delivered.  On March 8, 2017: When I opened the e-pen starter kit the e-pen didn’t seem to charge correctly. I thought maybe it was the charger — so I opened the other kit. The other kit had a charger and vape oil refill, but was missing the other e-pen (that I paid for). The other charger did work, and I was able to charge my e-pen. On March 8, 2017 at 6:05 PM: I left a FB audio message about the missing e-pen. I know I left this message right after I realized I was missing my e-pen.   On March 8, 2017 at 7:40 PM: I wrote Mr. [redacted] and told him that one of my e-pens didn’t arrive. He stated that he “personally sent it that package.” and asked me to show him the packaging via a photo. After sending him a photo and stating “YES everything had stickers on it.”  On March 8, 2017 at 7:43 PM: Mr. [redacted] said “that makes no sense then as I would have noticed the weight being much lighter on that package… [redacted]” On March 8, 2017 at 7:44 PM: I sent Mr. [redacted] a picture of the package with the weight on it 0 lb 9.70 Oz — I told him if he didn’t believe me he should weigh all the items (with the missing e-pen) and there would probably be a difference in weight. Jonathan [redacted] kept asking questions and he implied I was lying. The way he kept raising prices I figured he’d want to charge me another shipping fee, in order to send me the missing e-pen; his response at 7:48 PM was “[redacted] if you think I did this on purpose… [redacted] a.” On March 8, 2017: Jonathan [redacted] stated multiple times that he was having Maryland send me a new e-pen. It is now March 30, 2017 and I still haven’t received my missing e-pen or a credit for the missing e-pen. On March 8, 2017 at 7:54: Jonathan [redacted] said “i don't have [redacted] time [redacted]… seriously, do you know what the [redacted] you're asking me?… my company did $5M… i’m not gonna go [redacted] weight a pen.” On March 8, 2017  (From) 7:43 PM — (To) 8:21 PM: For a time span of 38 minutes — Jonathan [redacted] used the f-word 17 times; the s-word 3 times; and the b-word 1 time. I did not curse at him once, nor have I ever called him a profane name. So after receiving no resolution to the missing e-pen or unauthorized charge — I decided to post a review on his company’s Instagram givecbd about my missing vape pen and the language he used with me.  On March 8, 2017 at 8:29 PM: Jonathan [redacted] was mad about the review I left on his company’s Instagram account givecbd. His response was to call a paying customer the “c-word”. On March 8, 2017 at 8:30 PM: Mr. [redacted]’s wife wrote me on their company’s Instagram account givecbd she basically stated I should’ve been content, even with the missing e-pen (I overpaid for) due to their “deep discount” and “heavily discounted" sales pitch. She stated, “Regardless you got it at fraction of the cost… Even with the missing pen. Did he curse you out before you publicly posted that comment? If so I apologize.” He obviously cursed at me prior to my review on their company’s Instagram account, due to the fact part of my review was about the crass language he used. On March 8, 2017 at 8:56 PM: Hanna Cho C[redacted] stated, “I charged you $140. And pricing is somewhat out of our control at this point… Because it’s such a new product and the cost keeps changing on the manufacturing end… The formulations keep getting upgraded… But we are trying to stabilize that as well”.  If the pricing was out of Jonathan and Hanna C[redacted]s control — they should have never given me prices, nor should they have randomly charged my debit card an amount his lawyer Kevin S[redacted] deemed as “appropriate” on March 9, 2017 via email.  On March 9, 2017 at 9:58 PM (Email): Jonathan [redacted] sent me a fictitious and saccharine email that can only be labeled as an “Indian giver” response. Jonathan [redacted] offered a refund for his products. At this time I was still under the placebo effect and truly believed his products were producing health benefits; I seemed to have more pep in my step.  On March 10, 2017 at 2:59 PM (Email): I told Jonathan [redacted] that I only wanted the unauthorized charge and expense of the missing e-pen returned to my account. As far as his crass behavior goes I stated, “It wasn’t Patty S[redacted] and let’s just agree to stop arguing with each other. I think you’re a good guy with a slight temper. Let’s just agree to disagree with how things were handled.”, Jonathan’s lawyer felt this statement was an admittance to negligible behavior, but I obviously don’t believe someone who uses the f-word 17 times in the time span of 38 minutes as having a “slight temper”, nor do I believe someone who manipulates pricing and makes unauthorized charges to my account is being a “good guy”. I was willing to endure his behavior in order to receive the medicinal benefits Jonathan [redacted] promised (see AlderEgo Holdings Inc. False Medical Claims).  On March 10, 2017: I ordered 2 new e-pens from a company I’ve used before for sublingual CBD Isolated oil. I ordered these 2 e-pens, because my complaints weren’t being resolved with the CEO of AlderEgo Holdings Inc. and LGH Brands (Jonathan [redacted]). I sent Jonathan [redacted] an email to show him that I was in-fact missing my e-pen and ended up having to order 2 e-pens from a reputable company I’ve previously ordered sublingual CBD Isolate before (this isolated version is guaranteed to have zero THC). They’re several companies who offer comparable prices and Jonathan and Hanna C[redacted] enjoy exaggerating their “heavy discounts” and “deep discounts” as doing the customer a “favor”. On March 10, 2017 at 6:48 PM (Email): Jonathan [redacted] replied to my email about crediting the unauthorized amount he charged me and forwarded his response to his lawyer (Kevin S[redacted]) as well: Kevin,  Please advise as I don’t wish to spend anymore time on this.  JC This made me assume my credit was being processed. **NOTE: It’s March 31, 2017 and I still never received the credit for the missing e-pen that I overpaid for.[redacted] On March 11, 2017 at 2:25 PM (Email): Jonathan [redacted]’s lawyer Kevin S[redacted] decided to contradict what Jonathan [redacted] led me to believe. Jonathan [redacted] seemed like he was going to give me the unauthorized amount of money he took from my account. Then his lawyer made an absurd claim that, “Before I am able to release the credit request, Mr. C[redacted] would like to know what remedies are available for your recent actions [for leaving a review on March 9, 2017 about how his company treated me — unlike Mr. [redacted] I didn’t use profanity and I kept it to the facts].” I [customers] have a right to write reviews, complaints, or testimonials without being called the c-word, f-word, or being taunted via emails with 2 links to Psychology Today Articles on March 14, 2017 at 12:42 PM and 12:44 PM (respectively). Sincerely,
