done her job trying to sale the home.  Had the person who filed the complaint came to the listing agent and wanted paperwork signed to terminate,  we would have done so.  Our goal is to go to closing with all of our listings. However, we have never kept someone under contract that wanted out. We have shown her home several times, actually we had just shown it 3 days ago, after the complaint was filed.  We are presently terminating her listing agreement and will no longer represent her home.

I do not agree with what Ms [redacted] has sent you, if you call another agent showing my house twice then I guess that is several times that it was shown. I would go months without hearing from her and my house not being advertised and so I waited out the 6months to get out of the contract, for her to inform my husband of the deadline and stop communicating with me at all. I do appreciate her for ending this contract.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
