when I did finally get an answer I was given a different line of BS and a different timeI do not want a company with this kind of business practices doing my workI have had numerous
sleepness nights thinking about this predicamentIf they worked on my roof now I would not feel good about the job that would be doneI have talked to a business person in Miles City and
he also told me to be aware of this companyMy lawyer advised me to contact the Yellowstone County AttorneyIf I don't recieve my money by June 19th, I will be contacting them on the

Review: Waiting for roofing replacement since Sept 2014. Half of bid was released for materials in October 2014. Winter weather was a good excuse until this spring. I found out later that this business has complaints in North Dakota and Glendive for collecting money and not finishing job.Desired Settlement: $6965.00

this customer was sold a job by a salesman who no longer works for this company home owner has been contacted many times and knows he is going to get done this year. this salesman has been terminated for fraud and we are trying to clean up his mess and we are not refunding contracts we are completing work. if homeowner wants to terminate that is up to them but they forfeit their deposit

I do not want this business doing my roof. Not once in nine months have I recieved a phone call from this company informing what was going on. I have had to call dozens of times and

sleepness nights thinking about this predicament. If they worked on my roof now I would not feel good about the job that would be done. I have talked to a business person in Miles City and

he also told me to be aware of this company. My lawyer advised me to contact the Yellowstone County Attorney. If I don't recieve my money by June 19th, I will be contacting them on the

22nd. This complaint will not be solved until I get my money back.

Review: This man, [redacted], gave us a written estimate to roof our house. On Aug. 21, he asked for a check to buy the shingles. We gave him a check for $2730. He cashed the check that day. He was to deliver the shingles in two days and to shingle the house within 2 weeks. He has never delivered the shingles and when we call, he doesn't return the calls. We tracked him down to work sites and finally talked to him for a few minutes on Sept. 10. He said that he would be by to see us that evening and they would start the job on Friday. He never showed up to talk to us and they never started the job. On Monday, we called and got an Adam on the phone. We told him that we wanted our money back. That evening, Adam left a message, saying that if we still wanted the shingles they would bring them in the next few days. I again called and left a message that we want our money back. I said that we would file a claim in small claims court if they did not call us back. They have not returned our call and have not brought us any money, or shingles. We have also talked to two other people who have stated that he walked off their jobs without finishing the work.Desired Settlement: We would like to have our money back. Once we file the papers in small claims court, we will also want the filing fees back. He has not had the decency to return our calls.
