I purchased a very trendy aztec poncho from Baglady. It was $65. I also purchased a ton of stuff and spent almost $300 in the store. The poncho ripped the first time I wore it. I did not wear the item until 1 month after purchasing it, so I was already past the return-by date. I attempted to return the item several weeks ago, even though I knew I was past the return-by date. I figured that, 1) they're a local business with a stellar reputation, 2) they probably value their reputation and have good customer service. The lady working behind the counter that day took my complaint, name and number and told me the owner would call me back within the next few days. I NEVER heard a peep from them. The lady told me in store that I was probably out of luck and that they couldn't do anything for me, most likely. That is horrendous customer service. The owner of Baglady did not even have the courtesy to give me a call back. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. It am also unable to repair my poncho.
