I purchased a very trendy aztec poncho from BagladyIt was $I also purchased a ton of stuff and spent almost $in the storeThe poncho ripped the first time I wore itI did not wear the item until month after purchasing it, so I was already past the retudateI attempted to return the item several weeks ago, even though I knew I was past the retudateI figured that, 1) they're a local business with a stellar reputation, 2) they probably value their reputation and have good customer serviceThe lady working behind the counter that day took my complaint, name and number and told me the owner would call me back within the next few daysI NEVER heard a peep from themThe lady told me in store that I was probably out of luck and that they couldn't do anything for me, most likelyThat is horrendous customer serviceThe owner of Baglady did not even have the courtesy to give me a call backI WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAINIt am also unable to repair my poncho
