Review: I had put in this complaint with Mayor [redacted] "[redacted]" his assistant , [redacted] ,replied saying this business was not in their jurisdiction & I needed to contact the Revdex.com. My husband & I retired last year decided to travel up North , we are from California. We have a 5th wheel staying at different camps along the way. We had made reservations & stayed at Kalama RV park in Kalama Wa. Decided we would travel to Yellowstone to check it out. Made reservations at Alderwood Rv Resort gave them a $200.00 deposit July 7th for us to stay a month the month of August. Then all the fires broke out & us not knowing the area decided to cancel. I called & talked to several different people they said we would only get the deposit back if they rented out space. I cannot remember the guy's name I talked to, but he said no problem we should get the deposit back. Well as of today we still have not received any monies back from them. It said on their website that you would get deposit back if notified within 7 days of reservation. Well we cancelled a month before we were to be there. As I told [redacted] we are on a set income & this is just a scam from them to get money from people, I did write a review on their Website, but that has also disappeared. Just wanted some help in maybe getting a little back from them. We did receive all our deposits from all the other Rv parks we had to cancel from. But no them.
