My grandfather bought a nebulizer from this company he did not use the product he had to open it to see how it worked but decided he doesn't want itthe supervisor on the floor *** was very rude and did not want to process the refund for my grandfather he is ill and in person he did not want to process a refund for him saying it was used but it has never been usedwe need our money back or we would go to the bank for it but this company is very rude and was discriminating my grandfatherwe were under a hurricane so we weren't able to go earlier but they refuse to help us
