store to start.When my watch repair technician saw the watch he said he will check if its's the battery. He took it to back working area which is fully and completely visible to the customer thru a big glass window and an open door with a mirror on it. The customer has full view of our working area to see exactly what any technician is doing. The watch was very easy to open and it was clearly visible that the coil was damaged. Despite that a new watch battery was placed and the watch was still not working. The technician came out with the watch and explained in detail what was wrong with the watch and why it's not working even with a new battery.The wife started blaming us that we broke it while the husband was quite. [redacted] was asked if anyone else tried to fix it?  With his broken english he said that someone in Greece tried to open it before but his wife was saying no no you broke it! The husband was very quite! This shows a lot …. If it would be our fault… there is no way that Albert would come out with the watch and in detail show and explain the problem. I think he would want to cover it up and say it's not working and needs further repair and how much it would cost. Instead he was very honest with the customer and fully explained . Aldor Jewelry Creations have been in business for more than 20 years. Albert has almost 30 years experience in the jewelry/jewelry repair and watch/watch repair industry. Our business has been in excellent standing in all its years in business. We give it our all and provide phenomenal customer service. Most of our customers have been with us for 20 years in addition to those who have been following Albert wherever he goes thru out all his years in the industry. All our customers bring their family and friends…. We have been servicing Astoria for almost 30 years. With all that said we are willing to fix the watch but it will NOT be free of charge due to the fact that it was in no way our fault. They came to us with a broken watch to begin with!!!!Tell us why here…
