Inappropriate behavior from wait staff and unwillingness to resolve customer service issues from manager. To begin we were instructed by the cashier to eat in the patio dining area being that the inside was closed. After receiving our food and settling outside like we were instructed, a request for napkins to a waitress named [redacted] was placed. [redacted] then rudely responded "That's what the paper towels on the table are for" and turn and walked away. Another waitress, [redacted], begin to clean the tables surrounding us and informed us that they were closing and we needed to leave etc, while there were people still inside and outside finishing their meals. We asked for a manager and [redacted] responded, "If you want a manager, you can go get him yourself." Another waitress did go come over and ask us what she could do and she did go and get a manager, [redacted] or[redacted] did not make the situation any better and displayed POOR managerial skills by saying, "Hey we are just trying to close." We were brushed off by your wait staff and a manager.To say the least, I have been to Aldo's a couple of times and have enjoyed the food but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth as well as my friends'. I'm sure as a business owner you take pride in what you do and who you hire in hopes that they will display a high level of respect to all customers. I would like you to know even after getting a manager involved nothing was resolved and customers left your establishment extremely dissatisfied by the service. For the past week I have been trying to get a receipt from a work lunch I ordered from Aldo's with no avail. The order was paid for on my personal credit card and my company would reimburse me when I provided them a receipt from the restaurant.The order was placed on Wednesday April 9th and to be delivered at 12:15PM on Thursday April 10th. The person that took my order also took my credit card "safely" over the phone.12:00PM on Thursday April 10th- I get a call from Aldo's saying they "lost the piece of paper my credit card was on." Not exactly comforting and 100% unsecured. I give the man my number again and they tell me the food should arrive in a few minutes.When the food finally arrived at my place of work the delivery man told me they "forgot to give me a receipt." He assured me that it would be no problem and they would just email the receipt. I gave the man my email address and I double checked with him that he had it written correctly.2pm on Thursday April 10- No emailed receipt sent to me. I called again and the "manager" took down my email and said it will be sent to me in a few minutes.. Still no emailed receipt received.5:00PM Friday April 11th-I called and ask for a receipt to be emailed to me. I was told it will be sent to my email in the next hour.. no receipt. I called again at 10:00PM and spoke with the manager that told me he was "too busy to send it and isn't really sure how to do it."Tuesday April 15th- I stopped by Aldo's at 3:15PM. This time I spoke with an [redacted]. She told me that despite no patrons in the restaurant she is "too busy to find the receipt." She took down my email again and told me she will send it "first thing in the morning." Also interesting to note [redacted] did not understand why I needed a receipt to get reimbursed from my company.Wednesday April 16th... still no receipt emailed to me. My junk mail is empty.
