He went out of his way to replace a washing machine for me through the manufacturer, because the store I purchased it from had a repair person who did not know their job, and they took forever to send him to the house. This store is no longer in business, thank goodness. Tim has also worked on my refrigerator and dishwasher. He knows how to fix appliances, and will not make you purchase things you do not need.
