landlord for the damage. We were just asking for the client to be patient with us while we wait for the landlord to report the costs of the repair to us. We are disappointed that the client felt the need to complain to an outside source since we feel we have done our best to be responsive to him. We will make sure the client is satisfied. The client moved out on December 9, and so we do acknowledge we are a little past the 30 day deadline. Unfortunately sometimes these things take time and because we are waiting on the landlord to get back to us, the delay was not within our control. We anticipate having the invoice from the landlord very soon. In the meantime, we will send the client the full deposit immediately and we have notified him to be expecting it. We apologize for the delay. We hope this will satisfy the client.
