I placed an order on 12/22/and paid extra for expedited shipping (2-day delivery)
On the 23rd, I received an email stating the part I ordered had to be "special ordered" and was not available, which apparently caused an extra day for deliveryI received my item on 12/29/2014, days after placing the orderI contacted them via email because I was unhappy with this (Granted, mail is closed on Christmas and doesn't deliver on Sundays, that is still days instead of 2-3)I requested a refund of the expedited shipping cost in hopes of repairing the experience as I did not receive what I paid forInstead, I received an email the next day with excuses as to why the item was not delivered on time, including "At that point, the air suction pipe gasket was not in stock, and needed to be special ordered" and "Unfortunately the United States Postal Service was not open in our area on Christmas Eve, and the package was not sent until Friday the 26th."
Their website showed no signs of the item not being in stock, I was only notified of this -after- paying themYet this was presented as a valid excuseMore importantly, they blatantly lied about *** being closed, as *** policy clearly states on their site that they are open on Christmas eve nationwide and regular mail pickup/delivery is unaffectedAs a customer that paid for Expedited shipping only to be lied to when the item doesn't arrive when expected, this was very disappointing

I ordered a Taillight assembly right upper for a CR-V. I received a light bulb. I sent an email to customer service and got a prompt response, but no corrected order. After a week, still nothing. I will not shop there again.
