the purchased. Customer is more than welcome to our store to pick up or to let us know the day she is available for delivery. If [redacted] didn't want the purchased item we can give her a store credit.

The furniture store is very cramped and the workers claim they don't speak English which is 100% False. The female and male workers have no professionalism. While I asked them a question they spoke to each other and automatically the female walked out of the store. I am still waiting for my furniture and I am angry that I stepped foot in their store. Many customers are attracted to their store but once you get to see how the workers conduct themselves you will feel unpleasant. This business is phony.

I have reviewed the responseThe claim that they made that they tried to contact me several times and I was not available to take delivery is fake.  Please find attached the call record and you can see numerous calls(business no ###-###-####) I made to the business for delivery but I have only got one call from them .That also whosoever the guy was told me that my shipment will be delivered last Monday (nothing yet) .Its more of a mental harassment that they are putting me through right now. Moreover my parents who are visiting here did not step out of the house for days because they kept waiting for delivery . (Whenever I was away).I request you to understand my concern. Its been 14 days since I made the payment and I still haven't received the delivery which is not acceptable at all , knowing the fact that the store is literally 10 mins away from were I live.I am at home for the whole week now and I want the delivery to be scheduled through this website because I don't trust their word at all .

Review: I purchased a microwave cart from the store on Aug ** 2015 with a promise to get it delivered next day . They messed up the delivery dates and I kept waiting in my home leaving all my work from 4:00 pm till 8:00pm for 2 days just to get delivery. I went to the store on [redacted] to check whets going on .The lady in the store Elizabeth did not help me and tell me do whatever you can because we will ship only on Monday. I got agitated and told her in Anger that then y don't u deliver it next week only ,She took a note of that but did not took a note when I went back and told her that I need my delivery by ** aug Monday 5 pm. I got a call on Sunday from some guy apologizing for everything and said they will deliver it on ** Aug. at 4.00 pm for sure . I kept waiting on Monday also but no one came. When I called the store again they said it is scheduled for [redacted] September 2015. They have mentally tortured me. I went again to the store on Aug [redacted] to talk to someone that this is not a genuine thing to do but the guy in the store refused to listen or help me out at all.Desired Settlement: At this point I don't want this delivery any more and need my refund .No store credit as they told me they will do because I have lost trust on this store and I don't want to do any business with them

Review: I purchased a FUTON on February *, 2014 at around 2:00 pm. I paid in cash and have paid in full. They said they will deliver it on the same day at 5:00 pm. They did not come nor call. I have been calling them from 6pm over and over, nobody picks up. Today, Feb. *, Monday, I called them from 9am over and over they did not pick up again. At around 1pm, finally I got a phone call from them ( in such a rude way) saying again that at 5pm they will deliver. it is almost 8pm and they are still not here and again they do not pick up any of my phone calls. This establishment is the most unbelievable, unacceptable and most rude establishment I have ever encountered.Desired Settlement: I want the furniture I purchased and an apology of some sort for the inconvenience that they have caused.
