We ran a big 40% off sale on our website due to the fact we shut down the ability to order on our website [redacted] We had a huge response to this sale and both our warehouse and office were inundated with orders and phone calls [redacted] placed her original order on 3/**The first email we had from her asking for her order to be cancelled was 3/**Our customer service department responded to her email on 3/**We use a third party warehouse to ship our web ordersShe was told in that email we had to check with them first to see if the order had indeed shippedWe did get a reply from the warehouse the order had been cancelled on 3/**We cannot push through a credit until we have confirmation of order statusAs I explained due to this big sale, which I might add clearly stated WHILE SUPPLIES LAST, caused us to have quite a list of refunds that had to be put throughThere is a process for this procedure that needs to be foll owed and it wasIt was because of the sheer volume of orders and the refunds that had to be processed that caused the delay in her refundOnce we received confirmation on 3/ [redacted] (Thursday) her order indeed was cancelled, she went through the credit procedure just like all the restShe was issued a full credit for $on 3/ [redacted] (Monday)I'm pretty proud of the fact our Customer Service department processed this as quickly as they did

The complaint says " [redacted] ***"And, after our response, the complainant continues to have a concern about "shelf life"Expiration date seems to be the main issue in the complaintKiss My Face sells a variety of products including bar soaps, which appears to be the product in this complaintKiss My Face bar soaps do not have expiration dates on the packagesBar soaps are generally not required to have expiration datesKiss My Face bar soaps, like our olive oil bar soap, have few and very clean ingredientsYet, they have a very long shelf lifeThe consumer talks about one soap in a pack of having softened, which likely relates more to temperature than shelf life or anything related to shelf lifeMy apologies to the customer if we fumbled in our response on expiration dates

We cannot push through a credit until we have confirmation of order status. She was issued a full credit for $36.49 on 3/** (Monday). I'm pretty proud of the fact our Customer Service department processed this as quickly as they did.

soaps, which appears to be the product in this complaint. Kiss My Face bar soaps do not have expiration dates on the packages. Bar soaps are generally not required to have expiration dates. Kiss My Face bar soaps, like our olive oil bar soap, have few and very clean ingredients. Yet, they have a very long shelf life. The consumer talks about one soap in a pack of 3 having softened, which likely relates more to temperature than shelf life or anything related to shelf life. My apologies to the customer if we fumbled in our response on expiration dates.
