I paid over $2500 for my entire suspension to get redone new because I was told it needed it.. After I received my truck back & it continued to sounds like a rattling in the front suspension.. Took it back to A, he said it was something else .. Found a specialist and they informed me that the inner tire rods & few things was not replaced & Now causing wear and tear on the rest of the suspension now that was replaced. Apparently he charges people a lot of money to fix their cars and does bad business & keeping parts and not doing the workouts..
I receive the complaint and the statements on the complaint are not accurate. Mrs. J
A did not bring her 2009 Cadillac Escalade. Her vehicle was brough to my shop on December 02, 2019 but I never had a conversation with her. Mr. Ruben Rios, Mrs. A's friend brough her car into my shop and brough a few auto parts asking me to change all the items he brough in with him, I have picture that shows all the part he brough in with him. He also ask me if I had shocks for that vehicle and this are the ones I sold him along with my labor the only amount charge my shop where $650. Mr. Rios pay $600 for the shock bought in my shop, I change: structs, boll join, upper control arm and cv axel and outer tide rod. t have been in business many years and I always take care of my customers this is very important to me. When Mr. Rios brough me the vehicle in question I told him that on my mechanical opinion the vehicle he was driving had issues with the suspension since I saw all the issues the vehicle had. I never charge Mr A $2500 and I have no idea why she will complaint about my work after this vehicle was fix she also refer me other vehicles
