I am rejecting this response because: He doesn't mention how the three times that she came to the gym he completely ignored her gave her no it's in striction had kids younger than her trying to show her how to do the moves when they didn't even know how to do the moves. He stepped on her foot and held his foot on there with her brand-new shoes getting them all dirty and hurting her foot. He was rude and mean and she was in tears because she did not want to go back to see him I called to left several messages before  The month was up yet he never responded until I actually went back into the gym to explain the situation to him at which point he was rude and dismissive and had nothing to say or hear of my complaint basically kicking me out. I am demanding a full or partial refund because my daughter did not get what she paid for which was instruction and the lessons.
