Please find in response to your letter dated July 21, 2015 concerning Ms. [redacted] the following:   ·         I am sorry to hear that Ms. [redacted] feels that the staff ignores her issues, in reality Ms. [redacted] calls the management office no less...

than 5 or 6 times a week.  Many times she may call our management office numerous times about issues non relating to her occupancy or apartment.  ·         Ms. [redacted] has reported that children have thrown rocks at her and management has requested that Ms. [redacted] put in writing what incident specifically has happened and Ms. [redacted] has yet to do so.  Management has also requested that Ms. [redacted] identify which children are throwing the rocks so that further investigation may happen and Ms. [redacted] has failed to make that report as well.   Management has never been advised by Ms. [redacted] or anyone else concerning a pellet gun or someone questioning her sexuality.  Again, Ms. [redacted] has never reported anything of this nature in writing to management nor has management witnessed any incidents relating to Ms. [redacted] and this behavior. ·         The only service request that have been found for Ms. [redacted]’s apartment concerning an AC were on 9-25-14 in which Ms. [redacted] reporting AC was leaking in hall bath.  The AC pan was drained and the work order was completed on 9-25-14 by property maintenance. Ms. [redacted] never reported AC leaking again after this incident.    Also, on 6-8-15 Ms. [redacted] reported her AC panel (thermostat) went blank.  On 6-8-15 maintenance adjusted the thermostat and changed out the capacitor.  AC was working fine when maintenance left the unit and no further reports for AC have been made by Ms. [redacted] to date. ·         Alemeda has a security team on site 3 days per week and neighborhood police patrol 7 days a week, NPO Officer [redacted] is very good about letting management know of crimes in the area and specifically if it relates to Alemeda Villas.  We have had no issues with criminal activity (specifically assault) at Alemeda Villas that we are aware of at this time.   Management would agree to allowing Ms. [redacted] to be released from her lease with Alemeda Villas immediately.  The Supervisor has offered this to Ms. [redacted] in several conversations in the past.  Management is also willing to refund Ms. [redacted]’s security deposit in full at move out, as well as offer a “good standing” rental verification to future rental inquiries.    Please let me know if you have any further questions.
