Review: Alena Enterprise was contracted by [redacted] to transport my car ([redacted] IS 350 F-sport, 2014 model) from New York to Phoenix. On pickup, my car was in perfect condition. When the car was delivered to me in Chandler, AZ, it was filthy, almost entirely covered in mud. The interior was also filthy, and it was clear that the car was carelessly handled with dirty hands. Because of how dirty the car was, I did not note any damages on drop off. After washing the car, it became apparent that there were several scratches and dents on the trunk lid of my car, the kinds of damages that could have only been sustained by heavy machinery in the on- and off-loading process. I called the company, and the lady who answered said she would contact that driver of the vehicle and get back to me. This was over 5 days ago, and she has not gotten back to me. I called the driver myself today, and he said that there was damage on the car when he picked it up and that he noted it to my mother (present at pick up) and also noted it on the paperwork. The paperwork, in fact, does not note any preexisting damage on my vehicle, and my mother was not informed of any preexisting damages. I have filed a claim with my insurance company and hope to be fully reimbursed for the damages that I now have to get fixed. This company is highly unprofessional in many ways - not getting back to me about the damage, and the blatant lying on the part of the driver in his attempt to cover up the damages he did to my car.Desired Settlement: Refund and or/compensation for damages to vehicle, as well as an official apology from the company for the manner in which this was handled.
