I am rejecting this response because:You can close the complaint, but I want to address the blatant lies given in the response from the businessI did indeed have an appointment in January (which was awful) and upon receiving a phone call shortly after I told them I was no longer interestedThey called me again not long after at which time I repeated that I did not want to be calledThe final call I received from them two weeks ago I immediately hung up and at no time spoke with the person on the other endThus, every single statement they made in their response (other than my January appointment) was a lie

We have reviewed our records and found that the customer did have an appointment with us in January.  Since that time the customer has not answered their phone until September 28th in which case he asked to removed from our list.  He has been fully removed and will not receive any further...

have it installed. The shower curtain they purchased and installed is too short for their low profile shower pan. Therefore, water is coming out. This is the first we have heard about this however. So if the customer could reach out to us directly we would be glad to help them or give them some suggestions.
