We do not store the credit card numbers, so we won't be able to put it back on the cardWe'll need a full name and address to mail a paper check to

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is partially my fault in requesting something without getting alignment from my shopAlthough we strongly disagree with the policy of lulzbot not covering shipping for warranty repairs (especially machines down in months), but my shop told me we've already invested in other tool heads and spare parts for the Taz I wasn't aware of this until this morningBasically, we'll have nearly a thousand dollars worth of useless tools if we don't have the Taz back up and runningRegardless, I would still like the shipping refunded from both the returned machines as a token of Lulzbot standing behind their productsIf that can be done and a machine can be sent in a reasonable amount of time, I will accept this as a reasonable solutionThe total shipping cost for both printers was $ Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Lulzbot is completely off topic with the inspection results and did not offer any resolutionThe problem with the printer is that the Z-coupler broke during operationAll of the electronics and other components worked when I shipped the machineOnce again, dust has nothing to do with this warranty claim and would have no effect on the Z-coupler failing which is the point of the returnI would like Lulzbot to respond with a resolution rather than some pictures of dusty components that could easily be cleaned off with a can of compressed airI've attached a picture of the component that failed Regards, [redacted] ***

The customer originally requested: "I would like a full refund for the Lulzbot 3D printer along with the shipping costs reimbursed from them providing a poorly designed product that had machine down failures within months of operation" We agreed to this refundThe customer no longer wants what they originally asked for and now wants something elseWe won't play this game.We can refund their money as they originally requested and that we agreed to do in December

We will be refunding this user for the purchase of the printer and shippingThe printer is in transit back to usWe believe this satisfies the user.-Jeff

[redacted] , Inc(manufacturer of LulzBot 3D Printers) appreciates the complaining customer’s interest in the contest for a BQ Ciclop Scanner (“Scanner”), together with the interest of many other applicantsRather than expend the time and effort to dispute the complaining customer’s claim, AOI agrees to send him/her a ScannerThe delivery of a Scanner to the complaining customer constitutes a compromise of disputed claims and is not to be construed as an admission of liability on the part of AOIAOI sends a hearty thank-you to all who participated in the contest

Hi,I checked and we received the printerWe unboxed it and found it damagedIt was heavily covered in dust, including the electronicsIt must have been used in a woodshop or some environment like thatThe printer is only a couple months old or so, so it under conditions there shouldn't be this much dustThe dust in the pictures is *not [redacted] from the printer itself, it is from something elseThis is not a printer we can refurbish and resell without a lot of scrapping of partsThe electronics are probably ruined, for instanceAttached are some pictures. Also, the customer said the unit was DOA, but it certainly looks like it has had plenty of use.Thanks,-Jeff
