I am rejecting this response because:
The Aleris Claim Form clearly states items needed to submit a claim. I submitted all including Proof of product which states "Proof of product is the invoice for the material on your building. IF you do not have an invoice copy...or performed a legitimate warranty transfer (for second owners)..." I provided the invoice and proved many times over I am the owner of the building product. The other houses in my neighborhood built at the same time all have had the same issue, and have had the product replaced by warranty. I have proved my house is one of the homes with the defective product and I am the owner of the home, Aleris is aware they installed the defective product through the warranty form and the replacement of defective product on other homes in my neighborhood. Aleris needs to replace the defective product they installed on my house
