Review: Had a yearly lease from Alert 1, mother passed away 2 months into the lease agreement so I do not need the service. Alert 1 has a 30 day return policy which is totally unexaceptable for this kind of service. I was sold a yearly lease verses a monthly lease, stating it was more economic from the sales representative.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card credited back for 10 months of service on the lease. I had paid for 12 months of front verses a monthly billing.
Review: I was told I would get my 311.40 refund in Aug. 2014. I got a 176.00 check in the mail for my Mom who is 91. I started calling before I went on vacation on Nov. *,was told to call back when I got home. Called again and got [redacted]-no answer to the problem. Called again onDec.[redacted] talked to [redacted]- put off again, called Dec.[redacted] talked to Carla,called on Dec.[redacted] talked to [redacted] who gave me to [redacted] who in turn gave me to [redacted] who told me no. I will never buy another product from this company or refer any of my friends to them. Just want my money back because we have 24 hour care at home.Desired Settlement: I want my other 135.40. Just my refund!

Review: Bought alert system for my mom paid it yearly last 3 years. She had to move into assisted living March [redacted] doctors orders. She no longer could live by herself. I canceled her account. Her account was paid through sept ** and they refuse to send refund of 6 months. They said I lost the money because it was prepaid. They never told me this previously when I signed on, now they are saying because I didn't pay it monthly they will not refund money but they want me to send equipment back or they will keep billing me monthly.Desired Settlement: Refund check and apology. Thank you for looking into this for me
