I had Matthew from CoolToday come out and check my system to see if I needed a new A/C systemI had been told from another company that I needed a new system even though my A/C system was only years old and it would cost me $Matthew put my mind at ease and told me all that needs to be done is for the mold to cleaned up and a U/V light in stalledThanks CoolToday for being honest with me and not trying to take my money

Cool Today reinstalled our AC unit for us and cleaned the system The two men who worked at our home were professional and nice guys They worked hard all day!!! This was an easy company to work with from beginning to end I highly recommend them

Wonderful company Very professional and knowledgeable This firm seems to really care about its customers and not just about selling things Some new things were recommended, which I declined, but all were worthy additions to the syste, On a second consultation call, no real solution to my "problem" was apparent, so some preventative steps were taken AT NO COST!
So far, I am very happy with this firm They also have just about every service available; AC/Plumbing; electrical; duct work, etc

initially telephoned the week of december 15, to cancel maintenance agreement dated 7/29/and asked to receive a pro rata portion of the amount paidCheck #dated 7/16/paid $
Company said someone would get back to meno one called back, on december 27,I wrote a letter (enclosed) tp the owner, JDidomenico, reitereating the problems I had with thecomapny and asking for a pro rate refund of the mainentance contractno one has contacted me
