The team that comes to my home bi-weekly are the same friendly gals, and they do a wonderful job making my home SPOTLESS. I absolutely LOVE Alert Cleaning. They are consistent, thorough, go the extra mile and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them for a reliable house cleaning service. They arrive on time, take on extra requests when needed, bring all their supplies and do a very thorough job. Not once have I come home and noticed they missed something. They are exceptional at bathrooms and put a high priority to the floors which I appreciate. They wipe down everything!! Whenever they are here I feel so fortunate to have found them to come in and tidy up my house. They truly are amazing!!!

Alert Cleaning has done a good job of cleaning my house for many years. I have submitted two items to the owner for which I would like to see improvement. Workers seem to work very fast and at times have broken some glass items. Also, I find that I need to straighten pictures on the wall and return items to their original place after they have left. I have advised Owner of these two items and she said she will address them.

The team does a fantastic job at our home. They are always on time and frequently check into see if there is anything more they can do to improve their service. I would definitely recommend Alert Cleaning Services.
