I have been using Alert Construction for almost a decade now, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local contractor that will do a good jobI have used them on total home remodels for clients or banks, I have had them do punch out lists for due diligence requests, and I have also had them give me estimatesThey are always extremely fast on turn around time for estimates, they are tech savvy (which is rare in the contracting world), and the estimates are neat and itemized...and in my email in two days or lessThe jobs they have done were completed on time, and if there were any delays they always let me know in advanceOnce the job is complete, they always go back if I have any complaintI do not receive the invoice until I am totally satisfied and it is always the exact price they quoted me initiallyIt is really hard to find honest contractors that can sub out any job, that will email you concise estimates, and who will complete the job quickly and professionallyI will continue to use Alert, and suggest you do too!
